How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly provider checking a septic tank lid beside a stucco home in Carson

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Holidayanimals Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Holidayanimals Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Please know that Holidayanimals Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@holidayanimals.buzz and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
